How to Register?

  • Fill in all the necessary fields and complete the registration form
  • Once the form is submitted, you will receive an auto-generated email

    You can calculate the approximate amount total payable in your currency by using the following currency conversion rate (For reference purpose only):
    USD 1 = INR 74
    GBP 1 = INR 91.50
    EUR 1 = INR 81.50
    Australian Dollars (AUD) 1 – INR 45

    Amount Conversion Sample
    Registration + Accommodation + Transfer = INR 1,00,000
    Conversion Rate (1 USD) = INR 74
    Total USD to be paid = 100000/ 74 = USD 1352 (rounded off)

    You are requested to do the bank transfer within 07 days from the date of submitting the form. The amount must be transferred to the following bank details:

  • Please include your Full Name and attach the Scan Copy of MT100/Bank Advice if paying through bank transfer and email the Transfer Receipt (remittance) to the Secretariat at
  • The payable amount should be equivalent to the exact INR amount as calculated in the form and it should be credit into the Convention Secretariat Bank Account
  • Any bank transaction fees applicable will be borne by the delegate at the time of processing the payment.
  • Registration will be considered complete upon realization of payment
  • Once the payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your payment and successful completion of the registration process

Terms and Conditions:
  • Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the Convention
  • Registration fee is transferrable to another attendee only till 1st February 2021 & not beyond that
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer
  • Above rates are inclusive of GST @18%, as applicable
  • Convention Identification Badges are mandatory for all Convention Events (Program, Lunches, Dinners, Cultural Events & Exhibition)

Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: 1st February 2021
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat at
  • Cancellations received prior to 1st February 2021 will receive a full refund minus INR 5,000 per person administration fee
  • Cancellations received after 1st February 2021 will not be refunded

On-Site Registration
Registration made later than 1st February 2021, will be considered as on-site registration. Please note on-site registration delegates' names will not be printed in Program Booklet.

*Spot registrations are not encouraged. Delegate Kit is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for spot registrations.

Final Registration
Delegates must register at the Registration Desk at Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation. Registration stands confirmed only after the receipt of full payment. Convention/Delegate Kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Kits for delegates registered on-spot will be on availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.
