Method of Payment:
Payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:

The following items are included in the Convention Fee:
  • Final Programme Booklet & Convention Kit
  • Attendance at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
  • Attendance in all Sessions
  • Lunch during Convention days on 4th, 5th & 6th March 2021
  • Coffee/Tea in breaks during Convention days
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception
  • Attendance at the Friendship Dinner
  • Attendance at the Gala Dinner

Terms and Conditions
  • Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the Convention
  • Registration fee is transferrable to another attendee only till 1st February 2021 & not beyond that
  • Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of payment
  • Charges incurred for Bank Transfer & Credit Card payments to be borne by payee itself
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer
  • Above rates are inclusive of GST @18%, as applicable
  • Convention Identification Badges are mandatory for all Convention Events (Program, Lunches, Dinners, Cultural Events & Exhibition)

Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: 1st February 2021
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat
  • Cancellations received prior to 1st February 2021 will receive a full refund minus INR 5,000 per person administration fee
  • Cancellations received after 1st February 2021 will not be refunded

On-Site Registration
Registration made later than 1st February 2021, will be considered as on-site registration. Please note on-site registration delegates' names will not be printed in Program Booklet.

*Spot registrations are not encouraged. Delegate Kit is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for spot registrations.

Final Registration
Delegates must register at the Registration Desk at Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation. Registration stands confirmed only after the receipt of full payment. Convention/Delegate Kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Kits for delegates registered on-spot will be on availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.
